Service Fees

To make an appointment, you will be required to provide a form of payment to schedule, however, you will not be charged until the day of your appointment. The fees charged are for consults and treatments provided and will be collected at the time of your appointment.

Payment

We accept payment at time of service by cash, check, or credit card. We do not accept insurance, but are happy to provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Keep in mind that insurance companies rarely cover fertility-related treatment.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We kindly ask that you give a full 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Any appointments canceled or rescheduled without 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $75.00 fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will do our best to accommodate you, but understand that we may not be able to, which will also result in a cancelled appointment. Please realize that we have reserved this time for you, and that another person in need of care will be able to have time with the provider when 24 hours’ notice is given.
